Our office opens every day at 9:00 AM.  We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you as soon as possible. We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. . .

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or some treatments will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

Please contact our office by phone at (305) 447-9644. Our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment and to provide you with your insurance co-payment.

Insurance and Billing:

As a service to our patients, our practice accepts most dental insurance programs, including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional),  PPO and DHMO.  We are not part of any managed care network.  Our staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be, prior to your appointment.

The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the contracted fee according to the dental insurance plan. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.

Payment Options:

For your convenience we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also work with Care Credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (305) 447-9644.
